A confirmed booking means nothing to Zingbus. My 3:10 PM bus was cancelled just an hour before departure and I was shifted to another bus that took a longer route, had no onboard washroom (unlike the bus I booked), and I reached 4 hours late while travelling with a small baby. To make things worse, they refused a refund because I "completed the journey" and offered a ₹150 coupon. They expect customers to accept cancelled bookings, downgraded service, and hours of delay without accountability
