Chain: Number Path Puzzle

Chain is a number-path puzzle with one rule and no luck in it.

Every board is a shape, not a rectangle — a diamond, a ring, a blob with a
jagged edge. Fill every empty cell so the numbers run 1, 2, 3 and on up to the
last one, with each number touching the one before it. Diagonals count. Some
numbers are printed for you; the first and the last always are.

Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and every puzzle is checked for that
before you ever see it. There is no guessing, no scoring system to game, and
nothing to wait for.

• Pinch to zoom and drag to pan on the bigger boards
• Reduced motion and haptics toggles, and a mute switch

THE RIBBON
As you solve, a line of light joins the numbers you have placed. Disconnected
fragments grow toward each other, and the moment two runs merge a pulse travels
the whole length. Finishing sends that pulse from 1 all the way to the end.

Chain works offline. Your progress is stored on your device and nowhere else.
