Zimam Connect is the mobile companion to your Zimam workspace. The same support, release, and team-management surface you use at connect.zimamsys.com, now in your pocket with push notifications.

WHO IT'S FOR
Customers, partners, and staff of organisations that use Zimam for customer support and release tracking. You need a Zimam ID to sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Open and reply to support tickets on the move.
• Get push notifications the moment your ticket gets a reply, status change, or new assignment.
• Browse the knowledge base your support team publishes, including release notes and known issues.
• Follow releases that affect your projects — see what has shipped, what is queued, and what changed.
• Switch between organisation, agent, and administrator views if your role allows.
• Manage your account: link sign-in providers, update your profile, sign out, or delete your account entirely.

HOW IT WORKS
Sign in with your existing Zimam ID through a secure in-app browser tab. Tokens are stored in the Android Keystore on your device — never in shared preferences or unencrypted storage. The app talks directly to the same Platform API your web account uses, so everything you do here is visible to your team and vice versa.

PRIVACY AND DATA
Zimam Connect collects only what is needed to operate: your email and name (from your Zimam ID), the tickets and knowledge-base content you create, and a push notification token so we can alert you to ticket activity. We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone, calendar, health information, financial information, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party analytics or crash reporting.
