The wallet where all plans appear doesn't have top up option. The expired plans do not promptly remove from the wallet and some plans status is incorrect in the wallet. The purchase history doesn't show all the purchased plans. Sometimes the wallet takes quite long to load plans. App support at times don't respond whole day.
