WHY ARE ALL YOUR RAIDS SO LATE?

False ADs, worst currencies, worst pity rate and company use AI in the game & art. Advertisement doesn't accurately describe the game. 1st time purchase of $100USD with 2x bonus is 3 ten pulls, not enough for a guaranteed SSR. The pity is 500 pulls (50 ten pulls for 1 guarantee character card of the banner) BUT it DOESN'T transfer pity to other banner AND CANNOT carry pity in the same character feature rerun banner. Company use AI in the ADs, as well in stories and illustrations.

Okay! So this game isn't exactly f2p friendly? Grinding gems for cards is tedious, I do enjoy the art style and story. But I would enjoy a higher chance of getting cards and maybe a way to see what you need to beat cases? It takes me days to be able to beat a single case.
