Important Information & Terms:

• Platform Activation Fee: To cover digital account setup, server hosting, and map validation services, a nominal Platform Activation Fee of ₹49 is required.
• Strictly Non-Refundable: Once the payment is processed and your partner account is activated, this subscription fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Booking Volume Notice: ZIGO is a newly launched, fast-growing platform. The activation fee provides access to the platform but does not guarantee immediate or high-volume ride bookings.

ZIGO Partner operates strictly as a technology platform connecting independent drivers with customers. We are not a transport service provider or cab operator.

Driver Responsibilities:
• Holding a valid and active driving licence (DL).
• Maintaining up-to-date vehicle registration, insurance, and permits.
• Strictly following local transport laws and traffic rules.

(Note: For platform safety and in compliance with our Privacy Policy, we collect basic vehicle and DL details during registration. However, drivers remain solely responsible for the legal validity of their documents.)

To enable smooth nearby ride coordination, the app shares basic contact and real-time location information between customers and drivers. Feature availability may vary depending on your location and network conditions.
