2024-07-27	Im*****	The worst app I check ever, wasted 30 mins of time thinking of ordering foods for pet. What ever we try to add it will give us the quantity and we have to order bulk. Accepting that if we try to increase quantity and try to add it to cart then it will say that it's not in stock. Who ever developed this app, Stupidity to its level. If there is no stock available to order for a sum of quantity then why it would tell us to add a sum of quantity. Do we look like a fool to instal the app.

2024-02-10	Mi*****	Order never dispatched and auto. Cancelled, when I spoke to them for refund they said we have processed it but i didn't receive in last 40 days. Even before this orders cancelled without intimation. They're simply scamming people

2024-02-07	Ya*****	I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE This app is close to being a scam. I had placed 2 orders with them, both didn't arrive. After a lot of struggle when I finally got through their customer service, they informed that one product is out of stock. I requested them to deliver half order, they didn't even do that. Finally when I cancelled the order and asked for refund, there is no update on that for almost more than a week.

Called them and they assured me I will get an updat ethe next day. It has been 3 days now. I called again but the line gets cut off even tough i called at 3pm and they claim to be open from 9am -6pm. Don't buy from them

Never gonna use there service again Update on 03 Jan 24 I got a call from their representative assuring me that order will be picked up my the courier service. However I see in their app that the order is still in process. After 08 days. Phew. Guys just avoid them or else you pets will go hungry.

2023-11-20	Md*****	No proper response, order dilvery not good, once you order anything, status will keep in progress, no proper response will notify you about shipping & dilvery date. Overall very bad. Pets product not available every time in local market, so I try to purchase month needs of pets, but this platform is very bad for those who keeps advance booking and looking pets need. My Order date: 27 Oct, Still not received : 20 Nov Ofter couple of follow up: Reorder. Hope understand.
