When you scan, Stockvault accesses a large product database and automatically adds relevant information. Simply enter the quantity and expiration date, and your inventory is recorded in seconds. When you take something out or use it up, you can quickly update your stock levels – manually or by scanning again.

The dashboard shows you at a glance how many items you have in stock, which products have already expired, are about to expire, or are low. This allows you to identify early on what you need to use, replace, or restock. Customizable alerts notify you well in advance of expiration or when stock is low.
