2022-12-01	Ma*****	The app is ok. it seems to work well when you finaly get the insoles connected. However, if you should find yourself in the woods without any internet you can forget turning your insoles on. The app instantly logs you out, and return you to the signup/login screen. To me this renders the insoles useless and i just spent allot of money on not so comfortable insole for my shoes... I am quite sure this is a easy fix for you... so, heres for hoping you will fix this minor bug.

2021-03-19	Ma*****	Garbage app + product. You just want to heat up the soles. But first, you must create an account (WHY!?) Give your gender, name, weight, birthday, height, location etc. for NO reason except harvesting data. App randomly connects, will not update battery level unless you reboot, then shows 0% charge. Crank the temp to max and soles are barely warm. They run down battery in 2 hours, since you have to keep it on max at all times. NEVER managed to do a firmware update. Worst product ever made?

2020-12-12	Ba*****	I cannot download an update to them, it fails every time.. The app runs okay other than that, however, I have the V6 and they barely heat up.. it is noticeable for sure, but only on max heat and there's no way they go up to 45deg C, more like 15 at best..

2020-11-24	Ju*****	You do not need my location or access to any of my info to turn on my soles. Blue tooth yes to control temp. In reality the soles should have come with a control not have to run off a phone an need access to a bunch of features that are not required.
