2026-07-11	Se*****	worked fine until forcing me to login the remote functionality is what makes this app useful. requiring me to create an account to access what's an essential functionality that worked just fine until now is dire. the fact the account creation flow is so fragile that fails to create it despite the coertion to use an account makes it terrible. please enable a guest mode or just an open way to access the remote functionality, not doing so would be clearly anti consumer

2026-06-28	an*****	wow, such a basic app to start with, but at least it worked, I am stuck in a loop where passwords don't match, or my account is connected to another Anker account, so tried all passwords, even tried to sign up as a new user with different emails, but ... passwords don't match (they do) so can't use HBO or any other app that needs the mouse pad as the app won't let me in??? Anker/Nebula how do I use my projector, the remote is a bit useless (poorly designed integration).
