User Reviews

Reviews are predominantly negative. Repeated complaints focus on broken or unreliable scooters, confusing or high costs and wallet policies, and app failures—especially trouble ending rides or completing payments. Users also report difficulty getting timely support. No positive point appears often enough to count as a recurring pro.

Pros

Cons

Many scooters are faulty, poorly maintained, or unsafe, with unlocking, acceleration, and ride failures reported.
Rides and fees are seen as expensive or unclear, including unexpected charges and wallet rules that make balances difficult to use or withdraw.
App errors can prevent users from registering, unlocking scooters, paying, or ending rides, sometimes while charges continue.
Ending rides can be difficult when parking zones are unavailable or the app does not respond.
Customer support is described as slow or unresponsive when users report problems.

My experience your judgement. The Zeus e-roller showed me that it has charge but suddenly it stopped. Then it started making noise, like you are stealing the ride. And asked me to park it to their dedicated place only, whether that is 1km way or not. during this time the app deducted my money and reminded me that I am a theif. Everyone was looking at me, because it was making the noise while pushing it. This thing has happened with me today with this Zeus e-roller.
