Zesto Kitchen

Zesto Kitchen is a fast, real-time Kitchen Display System (KDS) built specifically for restaurant chefs, line cooks, and kitchen operators.

Replace paper kitchen order tickets (KOTs) with a clean, high-contrast digital display that keeps your kitchen organized and eliminates missed or delayed orders.

KEY FEATURES:

Instant Order Dispatch
Orders placed from your billing counter (POS), waiter handhelds (Captain App), or customer self-ordering QR codes appear on the kitchen screen in real time with zero delay.

Clear Ticket Lifecycle & Status Tracking
Easily manage and track orders across cooking stages:
• Incoming / New Orders
• Preparing / Cooking
• Ready for Pickup
• Cleared / Served

Multi-Wave Add-On Support
When customers add more dishes to an existing table, new items are clearly highlighted without duplicating items already being prepared.

Station & Category Filtering
Filter tickets by preparation station (e.g., Tandoor, Main Course, Bar, Bakery, or Expo Pass) so chefs see only the dishes assigned to their station.

Ticket Aging & Color Alerts
Color-coded ticket headers help kitchen staff spot aging orders immediately, ensuring food goes out fresh and fast during rush hours.

Audio Chimes for New Orders
Customizable sound alerts notify the kitchen the moment a new ticket arrives, so no order goes unnoticed.

Built for Busy Kitchens
• High-contrast dark and light themes designed to minimize glare and steam fatigue.
• Large, touch-friendly buttons optimized for kitchen tablets and wall-mounted screens.
• Fast PIN and biometric login for quick shift changes.
• Resilient connection handling to keep your kitchen running smoothly even through temporary network dips.

Note: Zesto Kitchen works in sync with the Zesto Restaurant OS platform. A valid staff ID and PIN from your restaurant are required to log in.
