We wanted to add features strictly related to the corporate world such as integration with the switchboard, with the shared address book, the possibility of making group video conferences and involving external users in real time via mobile or landline telephone.

And maybe integrate a bot that could act as a real virtual assistant, helping the user both for the communication part and to carry out dynamic operations with data taken from other internal company software.

We have thus created Spoon, a different way of assisting the person in communication, an intelligent and assisted communication.
