Pros

Recent reviews

The app does not alert me when the bike is unplugged, charging, etc. Gave reset several times. Additionally, please consider perhaps having the owners manual preloaded in the app for user convenience! Y'all are capable of great things!

Terrible. Idk how in 2024 that an advanced tech company cannot develop a simple app that works. Somehow, the app can't store data when it's not connected to the bike. Somehow, it also forgets the bike while connected, even when pulled over to check data....it has Bluetooth connection history, and that will tell you what bike it last connected to, but it can't store anything??? No sign in, nothing.... fortunately the bike is BA!
