TapDash Royale is a party tap-battler for a room full of people. Everyone picks up their own phone, joins the same room, and taps as fast as they can. One to five rounds, up to 100 players, one champion.

FOUR WAYS TO PLAY

QUICK PLAY - One tap puts you in a room online. The match starts by itself 30 seconds after a second player joins, so nobody waits for a room to fill.

CREATE ROOM - Host your friends, pick the games, and get a six-character code. Everyone else types the code or scans the QR, and you start when everyone is in.

JOIN ROOM - Type a code or scan a QR and you are in.

PRACTICE - A quick round against bots on your own phone, to warm up your thumb.

HOW A MATCH WORKS

Every phone plays the same rounds at the same time. Before each round you see its rule, then a 3-2-1 countdown. Scores update live, and the standings appear between rounds so you know exactly who to beat. If the host leaves an online match, another player takes over and the match carries on. When it ends, the host can start a rematch and everyone in the room comes along, with no new code to share.

FIFTEEN GAMES

CLASSIC TAP - One giant button. Tap it as fast as you physically can.
MOVING TARGET - The button drifts and changes size. Chase it down.
RISK MODE - Green pays +1, red costs you 2. Tap only when it is safe.
POP-UP - Six spots, one lit. Tap the lit one; a dark one costs a point.
QUICK DRAW - Wait for green, then tap once. Jump the gun and you lose points.
COLOR CLASH - Tap only when the word and its color match.
EXACT COUNT - Tap exactly the number shown, then lock it in.
OVERHEAT - Every tap scores, but push too hard and the button locks up.
GOLDEN COIN - When the button flashes gold, one tap is worth 10.
BULLSEYE - Hit the shrinking target dead center for 3.
THUMB SWITCH - Two buttons: left, right, left. Never the same side twice.
MEMORY FLASH - Watch the lights, then tap them back in order.
BOMB FIELD - Tap the gems, leave the bombs.
HOLD & RELEASE - Hold, then let go while the ring is in the green zone.
RHYTHM PULSE - Tap right on the beat.

TWO WAYS TO CONNECT

LOCAL - Everyone on the same Wi-Fi network. No internet connection is needed at all, so it works on a train, in a basement, at a campsite, or anywhere the signal gives up. Your names and scores never leave your own network.

ONLINE - Play with people anywhere. Share the room code or the QR and they join from wherever they are.

MAKE IT YOURS

Set your nickname once and keep it. Import any sound from your phone and it becomes your tap. If the clip runs longer than a second, trim it down to the part you want on a real waveform of the audio. Only you hear it - everyone else hears their own. Sound effects, music, vibration, the tap sound and motion effects can each be switched off in Settings.
