- Simple and easy-to-use interface suitable for users who can already do push-ups.
- Motivating workout schedule that encourages consistency and gradual improvement.
- Option to skip breaks makes workouts flexible and adaptable.
- Effective for building a sustainable push-up routine and improving fitness over time.
Cons
- Ad placement issues including intrusive ads at the end of workouts, some uncloseable, even after subscription purchase.
- Lack of customization options like adjustable warm-up times, break durations, and initial fitness testing.
- Workout jumps can be large and abrupt, making progression challenging for some users.
- No way to record partially completed workouts or add extra reps to totals, leading to undercounting progress.
- Missing features like form tips, warm-ups, variations, and integration with fitness apps like Google Fit.

Update: Next workout: wk 7 day 1. 170 push ups in my last set! Some say the jumps in count are too high, and I initially thought that too. Instead what I've learned is, I can grind to the end of each workout despite the difficulty. It's a mental challenge. "How will I do this?" turns into, rest a few moments and do 5 more, 3 more, 6 more, and make it through that final set. I thought I wouldn't make it past week 4, and I'm 90 reps past that now. And feeling accomplished.

I like the simplicity of it, the sets and breaks in between (and that you can skip the breaks if desired!) I dislike some of them larger jumps in pushups. There's not really any rhyme or reason to it. I'm pretty sure someone just put in random numbers to get up to the end result of 250.
