- Daily check-ins — how you're feeling each day, including mood, energy, and sleep.
- Pad and product changes — log changes with optional reminders so nothing slips your mind.
- Cycle phase visualization — your phases mapped to seasons and tidal states, so you can see at a glance where you are.

Tide has reminders, notifications, and encouragement — but the language is designed to feel like a gentle nudge from a friend, not a guilt trip from an app. Plain, honest, and never alarmist, especially around the moments that matter most.

- You own your data. Delete your account anytime — and when you do, your data is permanently and immediately removed, with no waiting period.
