ZenithBankToken

ZenithBankToken is a mobile token app that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) to authenticate electronic banking transactions. It replaces or complements a hardware token and provides an extra layer of security for single transactions or sessions. Customers consent to a one-time activation charge (N1500) debited from the linked account; the bank may review this charge from time to time.

Activation supports both individual and corporate users with multiple methods: hardware token pairing (account number + server PIN + hardware token code), quick access via a branch-generated activation code, image verification (account number + date of birth + liveliness check), and OTP verification (account number + date of birth + OTP sent to the registered mobile number). The app is designed for secure, convenient two-factor authentication for Zenith Bank customers.
