Zenith Connect

Zenith Connect, developed by Zenith Insurance Company, is a secure mobile app designed to give claimants quick and easy access to their workers' compensation claim information. Users can view claim details, payments, and estimated payment dates directly from their mobile devices.

The app facilitates seamless communication by enabling secure text messaging with assigned claim examiners, including automatic Spanish translation for Spanish speakers. Users can track appointment schedules, receive reminders, locate appointments via directions, and provide feedback post-appointment. Additionally, diagram features such as document upload via scanning, health and wellness resources in the Health Corner, and mileage reimbursement form submission make managing claims more convenient. Note that mileage reimbursements are available in select jurisdictions only. Users are advised to use secure devices to protect their sensitive data.
