However, it is plagued by frequent crashes/opens issues after updates, flaky Bluetooth pairing, unstable connections to lights, poor customer support, and limited smart-home capabilities, with degraded performance for older lights and integrations with other systems.

App doesn't work for older lights. when I first bought the floodlights from amazon the app worked so well. Now a few years later went to use it, no longer can you connect to the app. now the lights are useless.
