At its heart is our media library: Here you'll find videos, audio files, and PDFs with information, exercises, and reflection questions. The content supports you in delving deeper into topics such as mental strength, stress management, mindfulness, healthy sleep, and health-conscious behavior.

Additional push notifications remind you of relevant content and provide gentle nudges for your everyday life. You decide whether you want to activate notifications and can deactivate them at any time.

Our quizzes allow you to deepen your knowledge and reflect on the content in a fun way. You can also ask us topic-related questions via the chat function.
