There is a power issue in my room, I am not even able to turn on the fan and light parallelly, If they are turned on at once, the power supply to the room is cut off. Even though I have raised a ticket, it was not fixed. I am not even talking about mobile charging or laptop charging, just the basic needs are not even being fulfilled for paying 12.5k(+12.5k). This is very big let down.

it doesn't deserve 1 star also, because it's a scammer app. who charges you a lot without knowing you and doesn't give your advance deposition. it was such a bad experience they have charged so much and hidden charges which they have not mentioned while entering. it was frustrating for me. it was horrible and terrible experience ever i had. so please don't go here and i want to complaint to police station also about how they fooled customers and do scam.
