| 2023-10-19 | Pro Workout Timer is amazing! You can create "workouts" as a series of steps (prep, work, rest, cool down). You can then create a "sequence" as a collection of workouts. You can set intervals in seconds or reps. I use seconds so that it can calculate total time. My only criticism is that although the edit screen is intuitive and user friendly. | ||

I mostly use it for emom workouts, but it's also useful for harder to count intervals like working for 47 seconds and resting for 27 seconds or whatever you want to come up with. I can also save specific timers for specific workouts, which makes it easier to get to work when I'm still groggy in the morning. | ||
