RunKarobar

RunKarobar is one app to run your whole business: your team, your stock, your sales and your online store.

BUILT FOR BUSINESS OWNERS
Manage everything from your phone. Add staff, set workplace geofences, approve clock-ins and leave, generate payslips, track expenses and see daily reports.

STAFF ATTENDANCE THAT WORKS
Staff clock in and out from their own phone. RunKarobar checks they are at the workplace using GPS, and optionally verifies with a selfie. No more attendance registers or buddy punching. Review a daily register, approve exceptions and export for payroll.

HR AND PAYROLL
Staff profiles, designations, salaries, holidays, leave requests and approvals, task assignment and monthly payslips as PDF.

INVENTORY AND STOCK
Products with variants, colours and batches, categories and collections, vendors and branches. Receive stock with photos, scan barcodes and QR codes with the camera, print labels and view stock history.

POINT OF SALE
Bill customers in seconds with POS and Quick POS. Apply coupons, keep customer khata (credit) balances, and print receipts on Bluetooth thermal printers.

ONLINE STORE
Publish your catalogue as an online store. Manage orders, shipping, reviews and payment gateway settings from the app.

FINANCE
Expense tracking, outstanding balances and reports so you always know where the money is.

MARKETING AND AI STUDIO
Manage your Google Business Profile and reviews, and create product photos and reels with AI Studio credits.

FOR STAFF
Employees get a simple app: clock in, see tasks, apply for leave, submit expenses and download payslips.

PRIVACY
Location is used only while the app is open, when clocking in or out. Face verification is optional and controlled by your business. No ads, no tracking. Read the privacy policy at https://runkarobar.com/privacy.html.

An active RunKarobar business account is required. Business owners can sign up at https://runkarobar.com.
