It is downloaded but cannot be opened. It opened 1 time but after that it stucks at the red loading screen. If I reinstall it it happen again. How to fix it?

This App helps a lot in sketching my knowledge to tackle the Test. I made a lot of mistakes in the test, but going through each mistakes I made, and refferring back to its explanations, wow I removed my hat to those guys who created this App. I understood why I made a mistake and the reasons why, So you sketch as you read through the explanations to get knowedge of a good driver. Best one ever.
