It is downloaded but cannot be opened. It opened 1 time but after that it stucks at the red loading screen. If I reinstall it it happen again. How to fix it?

Very good app my Son passed his learners test after practicing on this app for just 2 weeks I am also practicing hopping to pass also will come back after my test in 2 weeks time,what I noticed is that the answers here are very similar to the test ones have recommended others to use this app also keep up the great work 👍
