Horrible app with way too much inconsistency in customer service response and troubleshooting effectiveness. 6 weeks of troubleshooting and still not one damn appointment successfully connected. Potential clients telling me they don't understand what's going on with Zeel etc. UNINSTALLED. Problem resolve.

There has been steady improvement in the optimization and functionality of this app over the last year to improve the experience for the providers that use it. It's always been a pretty great app at its core but it feels even better to use these days. The platform appears to value provider feedback and is receptive to implementing changes based on that input. Kudos to Zeel! Here's to you. 🤙🏻
