User reviews for Zeek Mi Auto highlight its ease of use and effective location tracking as strengths. However, many users report significant issues with notifications only working when the app is actively open, limited ability to view past trips beyond three days, frequent app crashes, and poor customer service responsiveness. Some users express frustration over ongoing service charges with lack of proper service. Overall, the app's usability is appreciated, but reliability and support receive criticism.
