2026-08-02	Ad*****	Very disappointing experience. The ZED app showed an estimated fare of AED 97–114, which is why I booked the ride. However, at the end of the trip, I was charged AED 169 by the driver, almost 50% higher than the maximum estimated fare. When I contacted customer support, they said the payment was made directly to the driver, so they could not issue a refund.
