Customer support must have perished because no one will ever get back to you. God help you if you actually require assistance. Additionally, their app lacks the capability to complete simple functionality such as accurately telling you how long you've been charging for. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Mediocre interface. Shows blue available chargers in map that turn yellow after selecting. Sometimes shows aggregation like blue 4 but expand and only 1 available. Shows available locations with cables plugged into cars. Map very slow to update may only update on restart. No notification when chargers in geobox becomes available. Requires $10 deposit for free chargers. Only positive is some chargers are free other than deposit.
