ghoul

This book/application was imagined, written and illustrated by
a group of about ten non-speakers
of the French language. Migrants who have mostly
fled their country (Ukraine, Yemen, Kurdistan, Syria...).
The ogre, Ghoul, symbolizes the reasons (wars, famines,
climatic disasters...) which force people
to flee their country for somewhere else.


This project was born between December 2022 and January 2023,
in the Etouvie district of Amiens.
At the initiative of the Zébulon association,
it extends the commitment of the Init'ielles association
for the literacy of newcomers.
