We have reached out for tech support and received nothing more than a form message response. This platform is rubbish. Updated 10.11.24 App was finally working. New update went out yesterday and now it is impossible to login. Stored credentials return an error of "insufficient permissions. You are not eligible to login." No remedy, no explanation, no access to my assignment schedu
