when I try to open page it starts to open then just closes and will not open. been going on for about a week now. is there and update? going to uninstall it problem isn't corrected. no sense in keeping it if it doesn't open up. just wasting space.

I do very much like the app. I love the idea of being able to help animals every time I use the app, So I use it as much as I can. I'll contact the developers, but it does get caught in a loop sometimes and won't load. Clearing cookies and data have no effect, nor does force quit. I have to uninstall and reinstall. The time when it will do it consistently is after I try to login to my router. Hmm, it should not require it, but a fire wall exception??? We'll see.
