If you can place one brick then you can build any big house, if you can read a paragraph in a minute then you can finish about 20 books in a year, that's the idea behind the app.

If you have a big goal just break it down into smaller goals ( sub-goals), if those smaller goals are still difficult to achieve then break it down again until you get sample tasks or habits, after that don't focus on that big goal however just focus on those simple tasks and habits.
