HOW IT WORKS
1. Install ZappQ TV on your Android TV device.
2. Pair the app with your clinic's ZappQ account.
3. Your TV will automatically sync and begin displaying the live patient queue.

PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
To function as an uninterrupted digital signage system, ZappQ TV requires the following permissions:
• INTERNET: To safely and securely connect to the ZappQ servers and load live token details.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Display over other apps): Ensures the queue display stays active on-screen and prevents it from being hidden by background system menus.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (Start at Boot): Automatically launches the queue screen as soon as the TV is powered on, ensuring clinic operations run smoothly without manual setup.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
ZappQ TV is a display-only companion screen. The application does not collect, log, track, or share any personal patient data, location details, or sensitive device information. All transmission of queue status is done securely via HTTPS.
