2024-06-16	Pe*****	Yet another frustrating experience. Pulled into the car park. Couldn't get the first app to work. Phoned the helpline and was told I needed the Flowbird app only to find out that it wasn't that but this one I had to use. For God's sake why don't you stop it with these dozens of stupid apps and switch to contactless credit card payment everywhere. I would happily pay a bit more for the convenience of paying for my car electricity the same way I pay for everything else when I am out and about.

2023-02-18	Ti*****	Be careful when using this app. Zapmap suggested charge of 45p/KWH but have been charged over £1/KWH despite no price being displayed in this app. Avoid!

2023-02-12	Ma*****	Incredibly convoluted sign up process. Pre-auths £30 per connection attempt, regardless of whether a connection is made. Additional £1 connection fee and generally unfavourable rates. Made 4 attempts to connect unsuccessfully, both as a guest and registered. This is a template for how not to do EV charging. I suspect the companies objective is to have fewer cars on the road by 2030.
