📄 HOW IT WORKS?

• Signed documents are archived for 10 years (Turkish Code of Obligations, Article 147 statute of limitations)

⚖️ LEGAL STATUS

The signature made on this platform is considered a "simple electronic signature" under Law No. 5070; it can be used as discretionary evidence in courts. This platform is NOT suitable for documents requiring a Qualified Electronic Signature (NES) (title deeds, real estate sales, guarantees, wills) — please use a wet signature or NES for these.
