The store application is designed to enable store owners to upload their products, manage inventory, modify prices and offers, review incoming orders, and update order status at every stage of delivery. The application also allows stores to view sales and performance analytics and reports, helping them improve their business strategies. The driver app is designed to provide a simple and efficient interface that enables agents to receive orders, view customer details and location, initiate delivery, and update the status in real-time until the order is delivered. The app also supports GPS tracking to provide the best delivery route, along with a customer satisfaction-based rating system to ensure quality service.

Zajel relies on modern technologies such as Redis for performance management and temporary data storage, and the Reverb WebSocket system for sending instant notifications and real-time order updates. Multiple payment gateways are also integrated within the app, such as Sadad, MobiCash, and OnPay, along with the ability to top up the wallet using prepaid cards, providing a variety of payment options and catering to all segments.

On the administrative side, Zajel offers a subscription system for stores that includes free and paid plans. Paid plans allow stores to access advanced features such as exporting and importing data via Excel, viewing detailed analytics, managing product costs and calculating net profits, and enabling advanced marketing tools.
