AI DESK

Add your own information and PDF documents so visitors can ask questions and receive answers based on the information you provide.

A Desk can be shared using a link or QR code, allowing visitors to access information without needing to contact an employee for every routine question.

Desk owners can also use the AI Administrator to help manage information and administrative tasks.

PRIVATE RECORDS

Private Records provide a separate space for authorized owners to work with private PDF registers and scanned documents.

Private documents are not added to the public Desk knowledge and are intended only for the authorized Desk owner.

Available record profiles include:

• Parish records
• Pharmacy records
• Bank records
• Business records
• Other private registers

For scanned documents, OCR can help identify likely pages based on names, dates, reference numbers and other record information. The original document image remains the source that should be used to confirm a result.

EVENTS

Create temporary Event pages for conferences, promotions, meetings and other short-term activities.

Event pages can provide visitors with information through a shareable link or QR code for a limited period.

DESK SUBSCRIPTIONS

UNAERA offers multiple monthly Desk plans with different AI usage limits.

Basic:
Up to 1,000 public AI replies and 200 AI Administrator actions per month.

Plus:
Up to 2,000 public AI replies and 400 AI Administrator actions per month.

Pro:
Up to 3,000 public AI replies and 600 AI Administrator actions per month.

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play.

AI LIMITATIONS

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Important information, private records, financial information and other sensitive details should always be verified against the original source or with an authorized person.
