The Board tab greets you with two chalkboard-style tiles pinned to the cork, showing the count of open favors and the number taken today, giving you a quick pulse of your community. Just below those counters, miniature previews of the three newest flyers let you catch up without any scrolling. When you need to ask for something, the Add tab presents a simple form where you write a short title, share a few details or instructions, and add your contact info. Tapping the pushpin-shaped button triggers a satisfying pinning animation that presses your flyer securely onto the board, and it becomes visible to neighbors right away. All your favors stay stored locally on your device, so there’s never a sign-up, a password, or any worry about where your information travels. The Favors tab displays every request as a crisp white flyer anchored by a colored pushpin: a green pin means the task is still open, while a gray pin signals someone has already claimed it. Tapping any open favor instantly marks it as taken, switching the pin to gray and updating the status for everyone. If plans change, tapping a taken favor returns it to open, giving you simple control over the entire list right from the flyer itself. The Search tab lets you filter favors by typing a word that might appear in a title or description, and it presents the matching results in the same familiar flyer view. Faveo is designed for neighbors in apartment buildings, block captains coordinating mutual aid, and anyone in a close-knit community who believes in small, shared kindnesses. There are no accounts, no distractions, and no clever extras that complicate things—just a clean, private bulletin board you can rely on.
