This app would be great if it functioned when I don't have internet access. What's the point of including bluetooth if you can't use it when there is no internet? Why must I be logged into their servers to access it via bluetooth? Also, I can't install it on the tablet I use to control everything in my RV or any tablet for that matter. Why is this app limited to phones?

Well, I can not pair my phone to my PWD50W device. It shows the Bluetooth as being on, Bluetooth is on, on my phone, I select the WatchDog device, it tries to pair but doesn't. I can not access any of the information I need, like kilowatt hours. I have an extremely expensive surge protector that, I can't access or use any of it's functionality. I also tried to access the device via WiFi.....it would not connect. Vety very frustrated Galaxy S21 phone
