App layout is fine and user-friendly when it works
Effective vacuuming performance for some users, especially with pets

Constant crashing and bugs after updates
Login issues and failure to connect to vacuum
Inability to control the vacuum through the app
Unresponsive customer service and poor support

Recent reviews

This app somehow shittier than the vacuum itself. I updated it, and it log me out and disconnected my vacuum. When I tried to log in I had "wrong password" error. I reset it and put the same password as a new, and it said "you can't use your old password". Damn. Then I finally logged in and connected my vacuum. But it doesn't work, the app crashes all the time. P.S. If you just bought your Thamtu vacuum and reading this comment - return it immediately, this is the worst vacuum on the planet!
