Languages: Play & Learn

Languages: Play & Learn is an app for learning foreign vocabulary through mini-games, practice exercises, a dictionary, and custom collections.

Learn new words at your own pace, review familiar vocabulary, and test your knowledge using various game modes.

What’s inside the app

🎮 Four game modes

Practice vocabulary in different ways:

• match a word with its translation in another language;
• select the correct option based on audio;
• assemble a word from individual letters or characters;
• determine whether a statement is true or false.

These varied formats help you not only learn words but also regularly recall and reinforce them.

📚 Thematic collections

Use ready-made word collections covering various topics:

• greetings;
• numbers and colors;
• family;
• food, fruits, and vegetables;
• animals;
• clothing and body parts;
• home and furniture;
• transport and professions;
• time, days of the week, and months;
• emotions, travel, and health;
• shopping, city life, and technology;
• sports, nature, spices, and more.

🗂️ Custom collections

Create your own word sets tailored to your specific needs. You can add individual words or phrases, name your collection, and translate it into other languages.

This is perfect for trip preparation, learning professional vocabulary, reviewing school material, or memorizing words from everyday life.

🌍 Multiple languages

The app supports a wide range of languages. For custom collections, you can create translations between different language pairs, provided they are supported by the translation system.

🔊 Audio and transcription

In supported game modes, you can listen to words and hear their pronunciation. Transcriptions help you better memorize the spelling and sound of new words. 📖 Vocabulary Review

Use the dedicated vocabulary mode to browse words from your selected collection, switch between languages, listen to pronunciations, and navigate through the items.

📈 Checking Results

After completing a game, the app displays the number of correct and incorrect answers, as well as your overall accuracy. This helps you evaluate your performance and identify which words need further review.
