User Reviews

HealthWear’s Android app shows widespread instability and unreliable health data. Users report Bluetooth pairing failures and disconnections, plus crashes that hinder using settings. Biometric readings (heart rate, blood pressure, glucose) are often inaccurate. Sleep tracking is inconsistent, especially for night shifts. The app also suffers from a confusing UX with excessive permissions and limited offline options, and features like friends/leaderboard add little value, resulting in a generally poor user experience.

I love using this app.

Cons

Persistent Bluetooth pairing/connectivity problems between the app and the ring (watch cannot be found, keeps disconnecting, or won’t stay connected).
Biometric readings are unreliable: heart rate, blood pressure, and glucose are reported as inaccurate.
Sleep tracking is inconsistent and often stops recording or misses data, especially for night shift users.
App stability issues: frequent crashes or the app locking up and becoming unresponsive, making settings hard to access.
Poor UX and permissions: unclear menus (Friends/Leaderboard) and overly aggressive permissions with limited offline options.

doesn't track sleep properly. keeps nagging me for permissions i don't want enabled. I have to keep restarting so it works again for a while. I'm pretty unempressed with the watch and the app
