T-QAS

Training Quality Assurance System (TQAS) is developed and implemented by NHM Odisha to ensure training quality parameters of events organized by the H & FW Department, Government of Odisha. The major focus of TQAS is online registration of events and participants, daily attendance tracking, and the conduct and analysis of pre- and post-evaluation tests.

It also captures participant feedback on training ambiance and resource persons, and supports multi-level monitoring to reduce the workload of event organizers.
