2024-10-30	Ca*****	Just like others have been saying the app isn't working. I switched phones and moved my account to the new phone, and tried to reconnect, and it just left me on the login screen. It doesn't tell me if my login failed or if there is an error or if something changed. It just spins when I hit login and then nothing.

2024-09-13	Be*****	What use is this app if I literally cannot perform anything that it tells me I can do. No ID cards, can't connect to a representative, stalls constantly and has errors. On a Pixel, which is the literal baseline for the entire app building.

2024-08-26	Ma*****	If there would be a minus one , that would be it. Can't open it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. It does not respond 😐 Here I am, 5 months later. I can't update the app...there is no option and when I click on "help" , it tells me there is a problem with the app. Not happy

2023-12-08	Re*****	Installed initially to get our ID cards. It allows me to sign in and brings up my portal. However, when I click the icon for ID cards/numbers, the app either closes, takes me back to Play store to open the app, or a message comes up that the app has stopped. I've tried reopening and even uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and the same thing happens. So very frustrating. I urgently need my minor Dtr's number,but cannot access it!

2023-10-04	Ch*****	Used to work pretty well. The map view when searching for providers doesn't work right anymore. And when you search for a provider or facility etc if it finds it in the ZIP code you enter it will say it's 10 miles away. It makes no sense. Also, every time I try and pull up my card through the app it instantly crashes. I've tried installing reinstalling and it didn't resolve the issue. The website works to pull up the card so the app should as well.

2023-09-26	TY*****	The icons at the top of the UI made it easy to find my ID cards. Quantum provided me 3 options, including digital download! Extremely fast and convenient UI for the app. Also, many valuable resources for learning more info about the benefits available as an employee.

2023-09-21	Am*****	Shouldnt have a "live chat" option if it never works. I was says "Failed to connect to server" After waiting 20 mins amd it saying ypu 1 in que so yeah. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also restarted my phone. Even tried to completely shut it off for 30 secs. Nothing worked. Please fix, and ill give better rating.

2023-05-19	Ca*****	Awful. This app is useless. The few features that exist don't even work. Glad it's the easy and conven way we're able to look things up without calling someone. Way to make an excessively stressful task virtually impossible. Everyone that was in charge of this project should be fired. The website has never been much better so you're just screwed every way.

When I reached out for help after failing to get app to download insurance card I was told that I had no insurance. I took a screenshot of that for HR. It took hours for me to get the app to download a card. Print and fax functions never worked. I also need to know what to do for vision and dental. I gave up because of a killer migraine. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. It should have been easy.
