2026-05-02	Mi*****	I am a new member and ny entire account is unusable because of a glitch on the log in screen of both the app and browser versions persistent across multiple different browsers. I have submitted multiple tickets, called in and now I am doing this. When I try to sign in it trys to register me. when I try to register myself it tells me to use my current log in. i type my login credentials in and it tells me to register x infinity.

2026-04-25	Mi*****	App directed me to a minute clinic that wasn't there. Also directed me to a lab that wouldn't take me without a referral. I ended up going to a minute clinic that isn't shown in the app... update 2026: this app is such garbage. I feel as though the designers have never tried logging in, as password does not save with the largest phone operating system in the world, android password manager. you have to write the password down in a notepad like it's 2001.

2026-04-14	He*****	every update made it worse, very hard to track claims and even harder to find providers now, the cost estimate is still a good thing but only if you can find your provider/service.
