My Trustee helps the Trustee's treasurer to manage the data of a building or a residence (several Buildings with a single budget) in a simple and efficient way.

The data is stored in the phone's memory and can be shared via WhatsApp or email.
They can also be printed after converting to a PDF file.

The program adopts the method of collecting contributions every three months.
In the case of monthly contributions, we can add the amount collected each month in a single quarter until the 3rd month, then we move on to the next quarter.

The first year of contributions is added in parallel with the addition of residents.

To add the following year; you must enter the “Add New Year” tab and click on the “+” button (the year to add is selected automatically).

A new year will be added for all residents with quarterly contributions initialized at 0.
To modify them, you must enter the “Add Contribution” tab.

The program calculates the total contributions each time contributions are updated while recording the date and amount of the transaction in the "Recap Contributions" tab.

The program displays the total budget by adding total contributions to total income (without contributions) minus total expenses.

In the case of a bank account, the program divides the total budget into two parts: Bank account and Cash (Cash).

The amount available in the cash register is the sum of cash which, if the accounts are correct, should be in the possession of the treasurer.

As for the bank account, it is calculated automatically via the program, or it is added if the account statement is available.
