UBTask uses a secure login system and supports multiple user roles:

Admin – Full system access, user management, and reporting
Head of Department (HOD) – Manages users and tasks within their department
Staff – Views and updates assigned tasks and profile information
Intern – Can receive and assign tasks based on permissions

Each user can only access features relevant to their role and department.
