Can't enter phone number

In app they have option to call doctor but turning point is it will be dial from your mobile and you will be connected to care coordinator (very difficult for them to understand you and getting details) and they will waste your time and then ask you will be called back. Then you have to wait for whole day for call back. Also doctors are afraid of prescribing even OTC drugs i don't know why.
