Pros
- Mindful/intention-based logging with a neutral, non-calorie focus.
- Easy to use with photo-based logging, reducing friction compared to a detailed diary.
- After meals reminders provide helpful accountability nudges.
- Long-term reliability and a reputation as a favorite meal tracker.
Cons
- Subscription-based model with no free version; many users feel it is paywalled or requires payment to start.
- Android performance issues: slow responses, lag, and unreliable uploads.
- Camera access/permission problems on Android, preventing taking or uploading photos.
- General usability friction and missing intuitive features, making logging tedious or unclear.
Recent reviews
so I love the idea behind this app and when it works it's a perfect app for me but it has an issue where it starts going slower and slower and takes FOREVER to load until an update is pushed out and currently it takes forever and it's like you have to sit there for a full minute if not longer before the app loads to be able to see your stuff and then when you do take a picture you have to press save multiple times and spend like a minute+ trying to get it saved cuz you just get a timeout error

spending money makes me keep track of what I'm eating in this app plus I think checking out the mindset behind it is going to help in some fashion or another we will see. Is really about what I'm willing to do with it.
